Front Mission 1st Remake Game Review

The world’s wars are won through massive war machinery known as Wanzers in 2090. Huffman Island is the location that there is an Oceania Cooperative Union, (O.C.U.), can be located. Huffman Island is only island where the Oceania Cooperative Union (O.C.U.) and Unified Continental States are allowed to co-exist. The boundary of the land between the United Continental States (U.C.S.) and Canada is one of the areas of extreme conflict.

An O.C.U. reconnaissance platoon with Captain Royd Clive is assigned to look into a U.C.S. munitions plant. The U.C.S. attack them. Wanzers. The incident triggers a sequence of events which plunge the entire island into war. Royd’s fiancee, Lieutenant Karen Meure, goes missing in action.

In the aftermath of being dismissed from the military Royd is determined to find out what happened to Karen. His quest leads him closer as he gets closer to understanding the truth behind the event and the forces that have orchestrated the incident.

Front Mission is, with hundreds of characters and a the mature plot, is the most combat Japanese RPG available in the world.
